Since my Fatroll days, I’ve always liked trying new methods of training/weight loss. I’ve been slacking on the marathon training lately - because it’s god awful hot - but mostly because it can be boring. Repetition can kill any workout routine.
So, I found this intense 4-minute interval training method called Tabata. It’s sort of a short version of P90x or Insanity. All of them incorporate intense intervals which help spike metabolism and the aerobic system.
Any good runner knows that you have to incorporate these types of exercises in order to build muscle strength.
